Three new valves, three new approvals
Another good job from BIP Perolo’s engineering team. Three engineers obtained from Bureau Veritas the necessary approval for the valve they developed: Joseph FORTIN and his 2” dual compact ball valve ATC5; Marceau COTRAUD and his compact 3” ball valve AFC8; and Reda JELLAOUI with his self-contained ND40 BSP ball valve ADN4.
We already have the ND32 dual ball valve, but thanks to Joseph’s ND50 dual compact ball valve ATC5 the range of dual ball valves has now been extended.
Marceau’s compact ND80 ball valve is the newest member of Perolo’s compact ball valve range launched earlier 2021. Thanks to its low-profile design, it will be a perfect fit to all tank containers – even the larger ones with height constraints.
We don’t only focus on extending our compact ball valve range, but also on our self-contained ball valve range. Although the range already contains a 2”, 3”, 4” and 3”-2 ball valve, a customer asked us to develop a full bore ND40 self-contained ball valve with 1,5” BSP threaded outlet. This was Reda’s job and he succeeded brilliantly in obtaining the Bureau Veritas approval.
